Medical Consultation in the Peruvian Jungle

A Redpoint client was recently taking a jungle cruise in Peru when they fell down a flight of steps and injured their left arm. The onboard medic had assessed her injuries and recommended an x-ray. She contacted redpoint after this for advice. After speaking to the client the Redpoint team were able to recommend nearby medical facilities in Iquitos. Redpoint continued to monitor her condition and provide assistance.

After visiting a medical facility our client was put in a cast and it was decided that she would undergo surgery back home in Arkansas. Redpoint helped her to obtain her medical records so that she could rearrange her flights and get home earlier than originally scheduled.
