I was hospitalized in South Africa at the beginning of a trip on Jan 7 this year. I wanted to write and commend your team for the outstanding job they did in supporting me and my traveling companions during my time in South Africa. It was a scary situation and your folks in particular Shannon (who was in touch every day), Michelle, Siobhan, Cathal and Tiana did so well by us. They had advice, useful information and support the whole time we were there. Please convey my thanks to them.
